1) Redemption program of SmartHeart Gold Premium Umbrella valid from 1 June 2019 – 31 August 2019.
2) Redemption program of SmartHeart Gold Premium Umbrella is only valid with completed redemption form.
3) SmartHeart Gold Premium Umbrella is only valid for redemption with the original barcode(s) of SmartHeart Gold Cat Food & SmartHeart Gold Kitten Food.
4) Submit the completed redemption form together with the original barcode(s) to the provided address.
5) Freebies will be delivered within 60 days after program ends, while stock last.
6) One (1) participant only entitled to redeem One (1) set of SmartHeart Gold Premium Umbrella only.
7) Perfect Companion (M) Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to reject any invalid redemption form and barcode(s).
8) Perfect Companion (M) Sdn. Bhd. shall only accept form submission by post. Any form submission by hand shall not be entertained. Redemption prize shall be post via courier service only and any self-collection shall not be entertained.
9) Perfect Companion (M) Sdn. Bhd. expressly disclaims all liabilities arising from any lost or unsuccessful transmission of redemption form and prize. Proof of submission of redemption entry is not proof of receipt, and the Organiser shall not be liable for any delay, lost, damaged and/or non-receipt of submissions.
10) Perfect Companion (M) Sdn. Bhd. shall only deliver prize to the valid and completed address as provided in redemption form.
